regulations (Royal Decree 2\/2021 of 12 January) under the heading <span style=\"color: #46acba;\"><strong>&#8220;Changing the rules of internal quality control\u201d<\/strong><\/span>on 2nd February ICAC submitted to a public information and published the final decision on 20th April 2022. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\"> <\/span><span class=\"s1\">Implementation in SPAIN:<\/span> <span class=\"s2\"><span style=\"color: #46acba;\"><strong>on 1st January 2023<\/strong><\/span> (in general terms) and on 1st January 2024 (the paragraphs from 53 to 54 of NIGC1).<\/span><span class=\"s1\"> <\/span> <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"> <\/span><span class=\"s1\">With this new &#8220;quality management&#8221; regulation, there is a change of approach, moving from compliance with requirements and principles, to a proactive approach in which the firm itself must manage the quality, through the<strong><span style=\"color: #46acba;\"> identification and evaluation of the quality risks faced by its activity<\/span><\/strong> and respond to these risks. <\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section management<\/strong><\/span>, adopting a perspective based on risks (aim, risks, answers, leaving the traditional prescribed approach) <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"s3\">Develop a culture that shows since the leadership, the <span style=\"color: #46acba;\"><strong>responsibility of the firm with quality<\/strong><\/span> in all the organization and at all levels. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"s3\"><span style=\"color: #46acba;\"><strong>More responsibility<\/strong><\/span> and leadership accountability. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"s3\">It is necessary a <span style=\"color: #46acba;\"><strong>strong communication system<\/strong><\/span>, internal and external . <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"s3\">Proactive attitude of <span style=\"color: #46acba;\"><strong>continuous improvement<\/strong><\/span>. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"s3\">Try to have the <span style=\"color: #46acba;\"><strong>appropriate resources<\/strong><\/span>, included the <span style=\"color: #46acba;\"><strong>IT resources<\/strong><\/span>. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"s3\">The new system must be adapted to the <span style=\"color: #46acba;\"><strong>Audit Firm and to the assignments<\/strong><\/span> and projects that are carried out; scalable regulation. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"s1\">Monitoring of the <span style=\"color: #46acba;\"><strong>annual monitoring and remediation<\/strong><\/span> system as an integrated whole that allow to identify the failures and in their case, the corrective actions to be effective.
